Its been over an hour and still no sign of my food even though they told me "its on its way" 30 mins ago. I called back and they said no more than 5 mins. I wont be ordering from here again. If they have no integrity in their word then I question the integrity of their food. The food ended up coming will past an hour. The bread was cold and tots were mushy.

Do not order from here unless you have 2 hours to wait around and hope for your food to come. Even called them to ask where the food was and they kept saying it was on its way. Do not order the food isn't even good.

Food arrived in 40 minutes, quite tasty and hot. I have ordered in the past from here and been disappointing with slow service and soggy cold food but this time around they redeemed them selves and the burger was cooked perfectly and fries came hot and crispy.

I order my meal at 11:00PM and did not receive it until 12:35AM! My estimated delivery time was 25-40 minutes. When the hour mark hit, I called the restaurant who kept saying the guy was on his way. They brought my mozzarella sticks with the sauce! The fries don't have any taste. The burger is OK. I would think twice before ordering from this place again.

For me over the past 2 years or so Blue 9 has been good to me. Maybe it's because I always order from them but typically, the burgers have been hot and the fries have been crispy. Sometimes soggy sure, but it's delivery! The thing I don't like is that they charge for extra sauces when they're unlimited and free in store. I know it's delivery and they can charge for that, but I wish it wasn't.

The food at Blue 9 is typically great. It's the closest NYC has to In-N-Out Burger. However, the service is so bad lately that I don't think I can order anymore. I ordered my food at 10:15 and it arrived at 11:45. The delivery window was 25-40 minutes. My fries, which are normally great, were super soggy and gross. My burger was covered in lettuce, even though I requested without lettuce. Finally my milkshake, was entirely melted. I hope Blue 9 Burger gets it together.

Holy god, this place is awful. not only were they literally an hour late. they didnt put cheese on my fries. until I'm dead, I will bash this place to the ground. Seriously, don't ever, ever order from this terrible place. Also the doorman didn't even apologize for being an hour late. I got my money back though.

Delivery time is well over the estimate. I got my order about an hour and a half after I placed it. I called the restaurant twice and they said the delivery was 'on its way'. The grilled cheese sandwich I ordered arrived as a plain, untoasted sandwich roll with what tasted like velveeta, tomato and lettuce. The fries might have tasted alright, but arrived cold, so we'll never know.

I Ordered the Blue 9 Firecracker Style Burger with fries. The order took about 45 minutes to arrive, which is just long enough to be annoying. The first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was that the food was hot and steamy. The paper bag was actually pretty soggy, & unfortunately so were the fries. The burger was good but nothing special, the Chili sauce topping was spicy enough without being too hot. Nutshell: I will order again when I'm not in a hurry, but I will not order fries.

An absolute mess; Burgers are stale and gross and each of the times I've ordered from them, the food is packed as if it's packed for a dog; Burgers tossed haphazardly into the bag, fries are upside down or tossed in and covered with a paper bowl, resulting if your getting a mushy, wet mess of fries.. Want cheese fries? Their "cheese fries" come as the mentioned wet, limp fries and with a side of "cheese" sauce in a little plastic cup. This place is disgusting, stay clear of it.

I am a huge supporter of Seamless and order quite frequently. Ordering from Blue 9 Burger was one of the most horrible experiences I have had on the platform and I will not be a repeat customer. Having an estimated delivery time of 25-40 minutes I placed a small order. I waited over an hour before checking with the restaurant. After calling twice and being told it was "Out for delivery" I began to lose my cool. Once it arrived, nearly an hour and a half later, I opened an incredibly soggy bag of cold fries, a poor excuse for a double cheese burger (come to think of it, there was no cheese), and a lovely $20 charge on my credit card. I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and called to make them aware of my not-so-enjoyable experience. I was treated rudely and told they were busy. I hung up and complained to Seamless, who - as always - was very responsive, refunded my money and provided a discount code for my future purchases. You are using a great platform to order foor from, but don't place your order with these guys...

I would have given 5 stars most likely if I had eaten at the restaurant, my point being that hamburgers just lose a little if they're not eaten asap, especially the lettuce. Having said that, the burgers were delicious, properly cooked, we had "medieval" combos and the chocolate mousse cake WAS FIVE STAR, it was outrageously good! The fries? Nothing bad but nothing special.

Great burger for a great price. These guys are really great. I've gotten calls from them multiple times when they have been out of a certain soda or ice cream. They were nice on the phone and I found it great that they even called instead of just replacing the order with something else. Speedy delivery always and great burgers on the relatively cheap.

Gross. I just wanted a grilled cheese sandwich, but to meet the minimum I ordered two plus an order of cheese fries. The sandwiches are just hamburger buns with blobs of american cheese and lettuce in the middle. The fries arrived with NO CHEESE. The delivery guy didn't quite get my "upstairs please" over the intercom despite my usual generous pre-tip. You deserve no one's business Blue 9. No one's.

I generally like the food, I've stopped in the restaurant to eat a number of times. But when I ordered delivery via seamless it took about 30 minutes for them to confirm the order, and then my food arrived with items missing. Maybe it was a hectic night.

This place has decent food but the service is TERRIBLE! Consistently it takes hours for delivery and when we order something as simple as a scoop of gelato it shouldn't take that long unless they're flying it in from Italy. When I finally got our order it was less than what I supposed to have. Upon calling the place and speaking to the "manager" I was told "Well its $3.00 so go complain to seamless web and have them credit you for ONE on the house". What a joke!

This is a tasty burger that won't break the bank. I always go with the Blue 9 -- double cheeseburger, plus tasty Thousand Island dressing for under $5. The fries are good but salty enough that they're hard to eat without ketchup. I've never had the courage to shell out $5+ for one of their smoothies, but I hear they're good, too. Maybe you're braver than I am.

I used to love these burgers - they were the closest thing to In n Out I could find on the East Coast. They have been mediocre lately. I like the "styles" they added to the menu (medieval style, firecracker style, etc.) but my last delivery took a long time and the burgers were smushed and messy when they finally got here. It's hit and miss.

I vowed not to return to Blue 9 after witnessing the manager argue with a customer for well over 15 minutes. I got so fed up I left without my food and didn't even try to get my money back. For some reason, I decided to give them one more chance via delivery. I guess I just needed the negative reinforcement. The burger patty had little crunchy bits of gristle or bone in it. And, I left the unused container of special sauce on the table overnight only to find it had EXPLODED by the morning. Seriously. I'm lucky to still be alive.

Solid burgers with a great meaty taste that is well seasoned. I ordered it medium rare and was happy it came that way - they even offer a bunless lettuce wrapped option! Make sure to add an extra patty to your order!

Surprisingly delicious. As a lover of In-N-Out Burger I really liked this place's take on a burger and it left me not feeling as awful as when I eat Five Guys (which is right outside my door). I would recommend the Blue 9 Burger Combo and add an order of the chili sauce. Some might be bummed about paying more for this sauce but it's really worth it. I even dip my burger in it.

This place is amazing. Without it, your burger options in the Village are either McDonald's or paying $15 for a hamburger. The food may not be fancy, but what they do, they do the right way. Milkshakes are some of the best around. I recommend a burger with the mango chilli glaze.

The burgers are great here: good price, tasty meat, buttery bun, all the fixins. The only downside is the wait. One night I waited an hour and a half for my food. During the day, though, it doesn't seem to be much of problem.

I've ordered from 3 Ave Blue 9 Burger at least 20 times (maybe even more) and love their smoothies and thought the burgers were great. But starting about 2 weeks ago, the quality of the hamburgers has gone downhill. I thought it was my imagination and reordered 2 more times..Each time has confirmed something has changed in either the quality of the meat or the preparation. Sadly I won't be ordering hamburgers from them again...Went from great to below average... Order at your own risk and please post a review if you don't agree with me. I'd like to be wrong.

This was pretty bad. The fries were undercooked but also soggy. The hamburgers were greasy and nothing special. Both my husband and I ordered chocolate shakes. His was normal but mine was chalky and gross -- I had to throw it away. I wouldn't order Blue 9 for delivery again.

POOR SERVICE AND POOR FOOD!!! I received my blue 9 burger in a paper bag smashed, it looked like it had been thrown on the floor! it was also rare not medium rare as I instructed. Mcdonalds cheeseburger actually tastes better! The delivery man practically threw the bag at me, not even a hello or goodbye. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME!!!!

Good burger at a real good price... It's borderline fast food tasting, but not in a bad way if it's what your craving. Almost In n Out style (But better in my opinion!) Tasted pretty much like a high-end McDonald's burger (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just not what I wanted). More meat, less bread please. The fries were incredibly soggy and cold but the cheese sauce was great. And the mousse cake? No thanks. Didn't taste like anything. I probably won't order from here again.

the quality of the burgers has gone down since last year....the bread and meat especially are as cheap as it gets, it's really not worth ordering from them ever again for burgers, even if they're the only thing open late night ... in the past their shakes have been delicious, although i haven't ordered one in 6 months.

Blue 9 delivers fantastic burgers. So far they have been quick, reliable, and the food has been great. My team looks forward all week to our burger orders on fridays. They are delicious!

The burgers are greasier than Mcdonalds. They came soggy and drenched in grease. French fries were also very disappointing. Flavorless and soggy.

All we wanted were some crisp fries and a comforting grilled cheese sandwich. Nothing complicated or fancy, just simple americana for our hangovers. Unfortunately, all we got were cold hamburger buns with semi-melted cheese, not grilled. The fries, also cold, were a tad soggy, but we were hungry enough to consume them by drenching them in the weird mango chilli sauce that came with them. Milkshakes weren't bad. The only decent thing about this whole enterprise. Don't eat here. There are a million other diners that can actually grill a sandwich for you.

Great great burgers. I only wish they had a bigger menu. But when I have a cheeseburger craving they're they ones I go to. And their hours are great.

The burgers and shakes were actually good, but it took almost an hour to be delivered and while we ordered the combo, they never brought our drinks. They also didn't put chili on one of the burgers that we paid extra for. The fries were a bit cold and not cooked all the way through. Don't think we'll be ordering from them again.

We ordered from Blue 9 and estimated time of arrival was 25-40 minutes. We received our meal 75 minutes. Our food was cold, my cheese fries came without cheese, the fries were soggy. I called to complain about the delivery time and cold food, their answer......don't order from us again. I will follow that advice.

Don't expect fancy, gourmet burgers -- but for cheap, tasty, juicy, fast-food burgers, Blue 9 is one of the best. Fresh, affordable, tasty burgers cooked to specification. Blue 9 Burger Combo is the way to go. Mango Chili sauce is better than it sounds -- pretty tasty -- but very sweet.

Ordered delivery. Just some burgers. Guy on the phone mumbled and was basically nasty like it was my fault. Never even acknowledge my order, just hung-up. Food was ice cold. Took 45 minutes. Obviously the delivery guy made other deliveries on the way. They got the order completely wrong. Got fires I didn't order and did not get what I did order.

I was expecting so much. The blue 9 Burger was greasy and tasteless. the only flavor it had was from the sauce. I also ordered an paid for a large cheese fries and found an order of regular fires in my bag. bad first experience.

Don't eat here unless you're a fan of cheap "food." The burger was okay -- sloppy (probably was because I had the meal delivered, though). I asked for no thousand island dressing to be used on the burger, and it was put on anyway. The "cheese" fries weren't so great -- the "cheese" they used was very runny, and my fries were burnt. I also asked for blue cheese dressing on the side, and got runny "dressing" in a plastic pouch. I'd rather pay a little more money and get higher quality food. I've gotten take-out from Blue9 before, and it wasn't nearly this bad. Don't know if there's a change of ownership/management or what, but I wouldn't advise going here. Try NY Burger Co. instead.

Absolutely last time I order from blue 9. Their fries were soggy, it took over an hour, and they forgot some items. Terrible service, and marginally ok food. Try Zaietzeff or any other burger place instead.

I waited 1 1/2 hours for a soda and shake. When the food arrived the shake was open in the bag. The management had a complete argument with me when i called to see where the food is

Despite promising fast delivery order took 85 minutes to get here, and when I complained they told the guy to take the burger back. Terrible service, and not even an apology. Would never order from there again.

Milkshake spilled over everything. The bag showed up dripping. The food that wasn't covered in milkshake was overcooked. Also, I had paid extra for the "mango infusion" burger and the sauce was not added.

The delivery was on time but the food was terrible. I got the cheeseburger combo. The burger was awful, the ingredients are not fresh at all, wilted brown lettuce and mushy tomato. They also put in a container of thousand island dressing in my order that tasted like it had not been kept cold. Totally disgusting, I chose this place over Goodburger because the difference in price, but it was not worth the savings. Order at your own risk.

Food was delivered within the estimated time. Fries were soggy but decent, the dipping sauce made them much better. Burger was good, no where close to In-n-Out burger though. My strawberry shake tasted more like strawberry milk.

I'd give them a 5 but things are a bit soggy by the time they come, and once we ordered a bunch of the Blue 9 combo #1s and we received a bunch of single patty burgers - still good, but disappointing. If you can, go in person, it's way better - 5+ stars in person.

I give this 4 stars based on burger alone. Nice and juicy, bun can absorb moisture. It try's to be the NYC version of IN N' OUT burgers. Fries a little soft and greasy.
